Meet The Team

Aaron Hartle, DNP
Owner and Provider
Aaron Hartle graduated from Brigham Young University (BS), the University of Utah (MS), and George Washington University (DNP), where he earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Although he enjoyed his time at each university, he proudly still bleeds BLUE. Aaron has been happily married to his wife, Lori, for 28 years and together they have five amazing children. His second-oldest daughter, Chynna, also works at the clinic part-time while attending the BYU College of Nursing.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys hiking—often with his identical twin brother, David. If he ever arrives late to the clinic, it’s usually because they discovered something new and couldn't resist exploring a little farther.

Aaron also loves spending time at home with his family. Over the years, he has become quite the gardener and paver-layer, working hard to create the backyard oasis Lori has always dreamed of. He especially enjoys cheering on his kids at track meets, cross-country races, and local city runs. While he once ran alongside them, he now proudly fills the role of their biggest fan.
McKayla McKee
Office Manager
In her previous experience as a medical receptionist at a physical therapy office and an urgent care, McKayla gained an appreciation for providing quality service at every level of the healthcare journey. She recently graduated summa cum laude with a double major in Healthcare Administration and Business Management and a minor in Political Science—though that’s a bit of a mouthful to say all at once. She enjoys learning more about the behind-the-scenes work here in the clinic and is excited to continue building a career in healthcare.

When she’s not at work, McKayla is usually volunteering, catching live music, paddleboarding, or heading home to Idaho. On the side, she mixes creative mocktails for weddings and corporate events. She’s also constantly on the lookout for great gluten-free eats, whether it’s a new snack or a hidden gem restaurant!

Chynna Hartle
Medical Assistant
Chynna is Aaron's second oldest daughter, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University. She has been part of the Pace Clinic team since 2020! With a strong interest in community health and patient-centered care, she strives to bring compassion and kindness to every interaction at Pace Clinic.

Outside of the clinic, Chynna has experience as a respite care therapist and actively contributes to ongoing nursing research at BYU, particularly in the area of hospital simulation and emergency preparedness. When she's not studying or working, you can find her hiking, camping, or enjoying the outdoors—her favorite way to recharge!
